I am proud to be affiliated with FLEXAFIT Edge, an innovative online training platform designed specifically for figure skaters. FLEXAFIT Edge offers a comprehensive library of off-ice workouts, conditioning programs, and technical drills that enhance strength, flexibility, and overall skating performance.

As part of my coaching approach, I also work directly with FLEXAFIT owner, Signe Ronka, to provide my students with expert-guided off-ice training. This collaboration ensures that skaters receive well-rounded support—combining on-ice technique with specialized conditioning to help them reach their full potential.
